I built my career the traditional way - full-time, climbing, doing everything by the book - through some of the least stable years in recent memory. COVID. Economic swings. War in the region. I watched good people lose income overnight, through no fault of their own, and I made a decision: I would never let one employer or one paycheck hold that much power over my life again.

So while working full-time, I started building a second track - contract work, small consulting projects - not as a side hustle, but as a safety net. If my job ever cut my salary in half, or disappeared altogether, I needed something already standing on its own.

That safety net grew. Client by client, project by project, it became a business. And eventually, it became a company.

Vision Consulting exists because I don't believe anyone should have to choose between stability and ambition.
